WHEAT flour, caster sugar, soft brown sugar, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole MILK, cocoa mass, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithins) flavouring, bicarbonate of soda (raising agent E500- sodium carbonates) and salt.
