Does your child suffer from worries they find difficult to talk about or shift? Anxiety can really impact children and reduce their enjoyment in many things and unfortunately, it is on the rise amongst young people.
This Worry Fairy set includes a personalised letter from The Worry Fairy (Jasper for Boys and Luna for Girls). The Worry Fairy visits children that find worries hard to shift. In the letter, worries are described as things that float around and occasionally ‘stick’ to people (both big and small and even fairies have worries!). The Worry Fairy encourages talking about worries with a friend, an adult or even a pet which makes them smaller and less sticky (as worries hate the light of day!).
But for those ultra sticky ones- place them in the special Worry Bag (either by writing them down or whispering them into the bag and closing it quickly). The Worry Fairy will then collect the bag and drop the worries down the Worry Well in Fairyland where they cannot escape.
If the Worry Well feels you have been brave coping with your worries, it throws out a special acorn.
